When we say small group at our gym - we mean it. All classes are a MAX of 12 clients. Enjoy the camaraderie of group training, with the attention of personal training. In your 1 hour session we’ll work towards your fitness and aesthetic goals, all under the guidance of our professional coaches and encouragement from our thriving community.

Every client has a coach that learns your specific wants, needs and goals. Our philosophy is to really understand up front what your fitness needs are, current physical abilities, and past fitness facility expereinces were. We build the plan for your success from there using quality training and nutrition coaching to achieve our clients goals.
The most personalized group workout in our industry, hands down. We choose to cap our class numbers at 12 clients, so we can better serve our members and really attend to their needs in detail. Every client has a Coach for life that checks in you - every week for the duration of your membership. Your Coach can help you register for classes, send you travel workouts, or stretches for when you're not at the gym!

We believe that the Professional Fitness Coach is the key to your health. Usually we go to the doctor for help with our health, but on average, a doctor will spend 15 minutes with you. This isn’t nearly enough to dive deep and inspire any meaningful change and improvement.
Your coach will take the time to ensure you’re learning as you’re training, so that you develop healthy habits for life. Your coach designs your training around your habits, preferences, challenges, and lifestyle.
From there you set out on a 1:1 Coach and Client journey!
Our clients love two things the most about training here:

It’s this combination that makes our Small Group Classes so powerful and effective.
Physical - You’ll look different, that’s for sure. You’ll lose fat, gain muscle mass, which all results in looking and feeling better in everything you wear, from swim suits to your new outfit for a special event.
You’ll feel less pain, and will move easier throughout your day. You’ll have more energy, and won’t feel that afternoon slump. People often say they come home from work and for the first time in a long time, they have energy to play with the kids or go for a walk with their spouse.
Emotional - You’ll gain confidence and can bring the discipline you discovered from working out into your daily life. Be a better spouse, parent, and co-worker.

Before you drop a single bead of sweat, you’ll meet with one of our coaches for an intro. This informal meeting is 100% focused on you, and is designed for both of us to decide if we’re a great fit for each other.

Everybody at 3rd Coast Movement starts with Personal Training. It’s the safest, most enjoyable way to begin trainign the right way, and most people do 12-20 sessions before moving to Small Group training.
