Enjoy the camaraderie of Small Group Classes, with the attention of personal training. In your 1 hour session, we have a MAX of 12 Clients per class at our gym. We’ll work towards your fitness and aesthetic goals, all under the guidance of our professional coaches and encouragement from our thriving community.

Every client has a coach that learns your specific wants, needs and goals. Our philosophy is to really understand up front what your fitness needs are, current physical abilities, and past gym and fitness experiences were. We build the plan for your success from there.
The most personalized group workout in our industry, hands down. We choose to cap our class numbers at 12 clients, so we can better serve our gym members and really attend to their needs in detail.

You’ve probably tried working out before, but just couldn’t stick with it. The truth is, it’s not your fault. Fitness is hard work, and having an expert guide you is the KEY to success.
We utilize a combination of 1 on 1 Training + Small Group Training to achieve our clients goals.
Under our coach’s guidance, the physical, mental, and emotional improvements will start immediately, and continue for months and years, if you put the work in.
1 on 1 Training is done up front for 12 to 20 sessions before entering Small Group Classes. We do this to learn the movements with high technique, learn your limitations and abilities, and properly acclimate to Small Group Classes.
From there 1 on 1 Coaching continues throughout membership in 2 forms:
- Quarterly 1 on 1 meetings with your Coach to work on Nutrition, or specific traiing that pertains to your unique goals.
- Weekly Check ins from your coach for accountability, and any questions you have about your program.
We’ll be real with you. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a real transformation. It takes time, but it’s for life and we know you’re ready for it.
