It all starts with Personal Training

We start with 1 on 1 Coaching. In your 1 hour session we’ll work towards your fitness and aesthetic goals, all under the guidance of our professional coaches and encouragement from our friendly staff.

The hardest part is walking through the door, because once you're in the gym,  we'll take care of everything. Just show up, put in your best effort, and the results will come.

This is where we build the foundation you NEED to be ready for Small Group Classes. Your Coach is dedicated toward preparing you for class while also taking into account your individualized fitness goals.

Getting in shape can be hard. Don't do it alone.

 1. START WITH A QUICK TOUR

Our Coaches meet you with a smile at the door! From here we go on a short 5 minute tour of the fitness center. Answer any questions you have about the gym, and ammenities we offer!

2. MEET 1 ON 1 WITH A COACH

Next, You + Coach discuss your specific wants, needs and goals. Our philosophy is to really understand up front what your fitness needs are, current physical abilities, and past fitness experiences were. We build the plan for your success from there.

3. 30 MINUTE WORKOUT

We then custom build a workout based on what we learn from the 1 on 1 meeting with your Coach.

We’re Chris and Carrie, the husband and wife team behind 3rd Coast Movement. We love coaching, and we love our community. Our mission is for our gym to be a hub of health and fitness for our SETX community, and we’d love for you to join us.

HOW SOON WILL I GET RESULTS?

Physical - You’ll look different, that’s for sure. You’ll lose fat, gain muscle mass, which all results in looking and feeling better in everything you wear, from swim suits to your new outfit for a special event.

You’ll feel less pain, and will move easier throughout your day. You’ll have more energy, and won’t feel that afternoon slump. People often say they come home from work and for the first time in a long time, they have energy to play with the kids or go for a walk with their spouse.

Emotional - You’ll gain confidence and can bring the discipline you discovered from working out into your daily life. Be a better spouse, parent, and co-worker.

How long will it take? Physical, mental and emotional changes will start immediately, and continue for months and years, if you put the work in.

Our fitness facility isnt about quick fixes, it’s a real transformation. It takes time, but we know you’re ready for it.

HOW DO I START?

Before you drop a single bead of sweat, you’ll meet with one of our coaches for an intro. This informal meeting is 100% focused on you, and is designed for both of us to decide if we’re a great fit for each other.

We take the time to find out about your physical abilities, experience, and personal goals. This meet & great costs you nothing but your time.
